As my surgery quickly approaches, I'm re-reading the available medical articles on orthognathic surgery, specifically anything on "Class II + long face syndrome + Leforte". I am still uncertain how to predict & accept how the upper jaw surgery will change my face. This morning's google search turned up the following website.
